It hasn’t been my intention but I’ve been showing a lot of casual looks lately, and not nearly as many office outfits.  Now that the weather is finally cooler here, I’ve been loving jeans and boots, and that is probably the reason.  I’ve found myself drawn to all things casual as I put outfits together to shoot.  that said, although I love these Louise et Cie riding boots, I think I would have liked the look better with booties to lengthen the leg.  I’ll have to try that later.

I was disappointed to see this faux leather jacket is already sold out but I’m not surprised; Thanks to the pink hue it’s a softer, more feminine take on the classic and edgy moto jacket.  I’ve linked a couple of similar styles and one more tailored version, all in roughly the same pink.

Last week I wore this jacket over all-white.  Although it’s still lady-like, it does take on more edge when worn over all-black.  Which do you prefer?
