Wines, blues and greys have become some of my favorite colors this season.  Getting the opportunity to put them together with this wine dress makes me a happy camper.  My dress is so much darker than it photographed, definitely a wine color.  I tried messing with a color editor to capture the true hue but gave up. If you’re looking for a red dress, this is not it.  I’d definitely say this is wine, despite the photos.

Our weather may finally be cool enough for blanket scarves next week.  Well, maybe in the early morning hours.  I’m just itching to ditch the summer wardrobe in favor of some of the amazing fall looks.  I guess patience isn’t my strong suit.

On a more personal note, Sunday marks the eighth birthday for two of my grandchildren, Cordelia and Christopher.  You met them earlier here.  Happy Birthday Cordy and Chris!
