I jokingly refer to my loose-fitting dresses as “buffet clothes” – dresses that are loose around the middle so you can eat all you want in the buffet line without fear of a button bursting mid-meal.  This shirttail dress fits that category without looking like a mu-mu.  And it has pockets!

I like this kind of dusty navy blue – a variation of true navy but a bit unexpected.  It’s another great fall transition piece in an area of the country where summer does not want to let go.  At all.  Enough of summer already!

My Michael Kors watch was a great find while shopping last weekend.  It’s found exclusively at Michael Kors stores or online through the end of October.  Isn’t the burgundy color perfect?  Such a great alternative to the usual metal options.
