What do you think of embellished jeans? Aren’t they fun? If variety is the spice of life, you’ll find a smorgasbord of flavor with the options available. From fringe to jewels to fabric patches, I’m constantly amazed by the styles I find.  I hope you don’t let age limit you – most embellised styles are really ageless.  They give anyone the opportunity to up their style ante by adding that extra something to a look.

On a recent visit to Chico’s these embellished jeans caught my eye. Like a crow, I was first drawn to the sparkles. I just couldn’t help myself.  🙂 The satiny patches were a bonus, giving you the option to top your jeans with a few different color choices.  I chose Mulberry Red.  You know how much I love the burgundy shades, especially this time of year.  There is a wine-colored shade to flatter any skin tone.

It’s easy to spend a small fortune on embellished jeans due to the detail involved.  The frugal fashion-hunter in me would rather find a better price.  Would you believe these are under $80?  So cute and so reasonable.  Oh, they are also available in petite sizes!  Although these are part of Chico’s So Slimming styles, they’re cut rather generously.  They fit me like boyfriend jeans.  I thought about sizing down, but decided to go with the loose fit for a more relaxed look.  A little something to think about if you order a pair.
