If you’re seeking a softer look, how about a pastel blouse like the one above?  I found this one at my local Dillard’s, then couldn’t find it online to provide you a link.  Frustrating.  I linked several similar options (some not so pastel) to recreate this look.

The feature that makes this look unique is the cropped pants/culottes.  I love these culottes – they give the look of a skirt but the ease and freedom of pants.  What a perfect combination.
