Sometimes we love that little pop of color, don’t we?  But there are times when it’s fun to go all in, especially when that color is a gorgeous, vivid red.  I’ve talked about how much I love this color during the holidays, but the truth is, I love this color year ’round.  It’s vibrant, it’s rich and so many times it just feels right.

What if you don’t think red is a shade you can carry off?  I’d say “baloney.”  There’s a shade of a red for everyone.  Don’t believe me?  Hope over to a fabric store, grab a few bolts of red fabric and a mirror, put them up to your face and find your hue.  Or head over to the make-up counter and try every red lip shade they have.  I’ll lay odds your’ll find at least one shade that works for you, probably more.  Whether it’s fabric or a lip color, buy the shades that work for you and keep them handy when you go shopping.  And if you hurry, you’ll find your perfect holiday shade.  🙂
