Found this fun little scalloped dress online at one of my favorite new sites, Romwe. Their prices are amazing. This dress is on sale for less than ten dollars!!! The big challenge is the small sizing.  I usually have to order large, and sometimes extra large.  My normal size is small to medium.  For cute, stylish clothes at crazy low prices, I don’t have a problem with that!
