Now that the weather is colder, I keep finding myself reaching for grey and black.  When I want to inject a little color into the mix this dress is a great choice.  The jewel tone is great for fall and winter and goes with most basic coat colors (even grey and black).  I threw on a fun statement necklace which works because the neckline is simple.  I think the whole look can go to work, but you can tone down the necklace and simplify the shoes if your office culture is more conservative.
