What to Wear – Four Looks for the Fourth of July 2017

Don’t you love dressing for a holiday? It’s so fun and festive.  I love choosing outfits for special occasions, especially when a color theme rules the day.  One of the most obvious theme holidays in the United States is the celebration of our independence with red, white and blue abounding.  The Fourth of July can be a grand time of community festivals, family gatherings and comfortable visits with friends.  Summer is in full swing and the parties range from a back yard barbeque to a casual but elegant dinner under the stars, ending in the requisite display of pyrotechnic delight.  Our Independence Day has always been synonymous with fireworks.  Before I knew my history I knew this day was special:  Showers of sparks made it so.

As I was saying, the methods of celebration are as varied as they are enjoyable.  To keep you styled in the patriotic vein I’ve put together a few looks to keep you looking and feeling your best, however you choose to celebrate America’s birthday.
